Free gameplay content, new premium cosmetics, and a limited-time game mode in Update 1.19 for Insurgency: Sandstorm

After the latest ‘Operation: Overrun’ update, Focus Entertainment and New World Interactive are thrilled to announce the launch of a new major content update for Insurgency: Sandstorm with Update 1.19, Operation: Shell Shock.

Available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, Microsoft Store, and Epic Games Store, this Operation brings new weapons, the “ChadTeam666” limited-time game mode, and additional patches. Newly added premium cosmetic DLC sets are also available in 4-Year Anniversary Edition, the Year 4 Pass, or for individual purchase.

FREE CONTENT INCLUDED IN OPERATION: SHELL SHOCK

With Operation: Shell Shock, two new free shotguns are coming to the game: the highly requested S12K for Security and the US12 for Insurgents. Security forces fast-roped into hostile territory in a focused operation, clearing positions with shotguns and reclaiming ground from the Insurgent entrenched within. Brace for intense close-quarters combat as the battle for control escalates!

The latest update introduces a new Challenge system, offering Daily, Weekly, and Static goals that reward players with credits for completing in-game objectives.

For  a spooky turn of events, ChadTeam666 has joined the pool of limited-time game modes. Fully loaded and undead. Your squad of vampiric special forces takes on waves of zombified enemies in this high-intensity checkpoint mode. Operate under cover of darkness against overwhelming opposition.
