RoadCraft Lays New Ground with Foundations Expansion DLC

Saber Interactive’s heavy machinery simulation expands today with two new maps, fresh vehicles, and new gameplay mechanics.

Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive are excited to announce the release of RoadCraft’s third major DLC: the Foundations Expansion. Taking the heavy-machinery simulation and construction gameplay to new heights, this expansion introduces 2 new maps and 7 vehicles, alongside new systems that let players build from the ground up.

The RoadCraft Foundations Expansion is available now as a paid DLC on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Concrete Plans

It is one thing to rebuild existing infrastructure, but giving it a whole new shape is when things get… concrete. With the Foundations Expansion, RoadCraft’s construction gameplay continues its evolution, challenging players to tackle more ambitious projects and master new stages of the construction process. With the Pile Driving and Concrete Foundation Laying systems, players can now lay the groundwork for entirely new structures. Drive concrete piles into the ground to prepare construction sites, then pour concrete foundations by combining the capabilities of the Concrete Mixer and Concrete Pumper.

New Terrain, New Wheels

New construction possibilities come with new regions to put them to test, and new vehicles to make them happen. Two new 4 km² maps lend players their terrain and challenges: Spring Renewal brings the distinctive landscapes of the Netherlands while Oasis Delta takes players to North Africa.

Seven new vehicles bring their own capabilities to widen logistical operation

  • ALCES PL30C Pile Driver: A specialized tracked equipment used to install concrete piles and prepare foundations.

  • Voltrack Mk11 Concrete Pumper: A construction vehicle designed to pour concrete into prepared foundations.

  • Voltrack MX: A concrete mixer used to transport, store, and supply concrete to active construction sites.

  • EPEC MAG240: A powerful magnetic crane capable of lifting and moving multiple units of metal debris and recyclable materials.

  • Derry Longhorn 4520 HH – A heavy-duty hauler equipped with a wider trailer, ideal for transporting larger vehicles, machinery, and oversized construction equipment.

  • Isonzo M1 Service Vehicle – A compact mobile support vehicle providing field access to resources, cargo management, and vehicle recovery functions.

  • Aramatsu R1 Asphalt Roller – A roadwork vehicle designed for surface preparation, compaction, and finishing operations on infrastructure projects.

These new additions work together to support the different stages of increasingly complex projects.

RoadCraft’s Foundations Expansion DLC is out now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Epic Game Store. For more information, visit the official Focus Store page.
