Gender Equality Index:

Under Law No. 2018-771 of 5 September 2018 and Decree No. 2019-15 of 8 January 2019, an index was introduced with the aim of measuring and reducing gender inequality within companies. This index is based on four to five indicators, depending on the size of the company, with a maximum score of 100:

  • The gender pay gap
  • The gap in the distribution of individual pay rises
  • The gap in the distribution of promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees)
  • The number of female employees receiving a pay rise on their return from maternity leave
  • Gender parity among the 10 highest paid employees

In 2026, Focus's index is 66/100 (for the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025).
